About Rhythmbridge Foundation
Rhythmbridge Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation based in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire.
The aims of Rhythmbridge Foundation are as follows:
- To learn, share and practice West African rhythms using the traditional instruments associated with these regions.
- To provide access to traditional teachers of African Origin
- To provide opportunities to participate in Community Drum Circles
- To be open and accessible to all members of the community.
- To encourage all participants & to help them to develop a positive self-image through making music
- To strengthen links with the wider community
- To support participants who wish to perform what they have learned.
