Nansady Keita
NANSADY KEITA is a traditional drummer from Sangbarella in the region of Hamana, Guinea, West Africa (Heartland of the Malinke people).
He has drummed since he was 8 yrs. old with his uncle, the legendary Djembefola FAMADOU KONATE. Since 2000 he has taught international students both at home and abroad. He is featured on a number of recordings including Famoudou’s most recent albums Hamana Folo Kan and Hamana Mandenkono.
